A personal touch…

I’ve always admired my father’s signature and hand writing. He’s been a mechanic his entire life and holds the posture of a working class blue collar character, but I’ve always admired his more artistic side. Though seemingly tough and conservative, when his pencil meets his sketch book it reminds me that all people have all three dimensions despite which ones we choose to wear on our sleeves.

As his handwriting and signature have always held a particular interest with me, I asked my dad if he would mind signing the words “Rich People” in his own personal way to kick-off a new line of special merchandise I wanted to design. You all give us way more than we could have ever asked for, and we appreciate it, so we spent a little extra time crafting, stepped out of our comfort zone with colors, and invested in a higher quality of garments to offer you something truly remarkable this time around. We don’t want to simply sell shirts to fund our growth. Don’t get me wrong, we need the money, but we also see the value in putting a beautiful article of clothing into the wardrobe rotation of the people who we rely on to move forward.

Simply put, It’s nice wearing cool clothes and looking cool and we wanted to give you something that looks cool. “Thank you” is just a phrase unless it is followed up with action, and this was the best way I could think of to say it. Thanks for your support.
